Crunchy Paneer Ball is prepared with paneer. It can be served as appetizer. It is healthy and good for kid's snacks.
RECIPE:
Cooking Time: 15-20mins
Preparation Time: 10-15mins
Serve: 2-3
Ingredients:
Paneer: 250 grms
Cornflour: 4-5 tbsp
Chilli pwd: 1/3 tsp
Cumin pwd: 1/4 tsp
Chat masala pwd:1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Method:
- Grate the paneer.
- Add cornflour, chilli pwd, cumin pwd, chat masala and salt in grated paneer and mix well.
- Now make lemon size ball from the paneer mixture. If mixture is not binding well then add more cornflour.
- Heat the oil in pan and deep fry these ball on medium heat.
- Serve hot with sauce or green chutney.
Note:
Instead of chilli powder you can add chopped green chilli.
You can also bake these ball instead of deep frying.
