Every time I prepare cake, my husband use to ask me that why don't you try marble cake. So I thought to give it a try. When I baked marble cake, he was so happy and it got finished the same day.
RECIPE:
Cooking Time: 30-40 mins
Preparation Time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
All purpose flour(maida): 1 Cup
Condensed milk: 200 ml
Milk: 1/2 cup
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Vanilla essence: 1 and 1/2 tsp
Cocoa powder: 3 tbsp
Sugar: 3 tbsp
Butter: 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp(unsalted)

Method:
- Preheat the oven at 325 degree Fahrenheit(160 C). Spray non stick baking spray and dust with flour.
- Beat sugar, and butter until creamy. Add vanilla, condensed milk and beat until well combined.
- Add milk and mix well. Add the prepared dry ingredients (all-purpose flour and baking powder) and mix well to form a smooth creamy batter. Divide this mixture into two equal portions. Add cocoa to one portion and mix well.
- Add spoonful of these two batter, forming a checkerboard pattern. Once done, with a toothpick go back and forth, up and down and make swirls. Bake for about 30 minutes or just until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cake be in the pan for about 10 minutes and transfer it to a cooling rack , allow it to cool and then cut into slices.
