Hara Bhara Kabab is a veg kabab, which is mainly served as appetizer. It is prepared with boiled potato, spinach and green peas. This kabab is healthy and mouth watering.
RECIPE:
Cooking Time: 10-15 mins
Preparation Time: 20-30 mins
Serve: 3-4
Ingredient:
Spinach/palak: 8-10 leaves
Green peas: 2/3 cup(boiled and mashed)
Potato: 3 medium( boiled and mashed)
Cashew: 10-12nos(broken)
Chilli pwd: 1/4 tsp
Chat masala pwd: 1/2 tsp
Cumin pwd: 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp
Cornflour: 2-3 tbsp
Oil for deep frying

You can also shallow fry the kabab on griddle or bake in oven.

Method:
- Finely chopped the spinach and blanch in sufficient water for 5-6 mins.
- Drain and transfer in cold water.
- Again drain and squeeze excess water.
- Mix spinach, peas, potato, chilli pwd, chat masala, cumin pwd, coriender leaves and salt.
- Add cornflour to bind the mixture.
- Now divide the mixture in equal size tikki.
- Place cashew in center of tikki.
- Heat oil in pan/kadai and deep fry all tikki.
Note:
