Kadai Paneer is a tomato based paneer gravy. I love kadai paneer and can have it with any thing. The bell peper/capsicum which is used in this recipe gives a unique test.

Paneer: 200 grms
Onion: 1 medium(finely chopped)
Tomato: 3 medium(finely chopped)
Capsicum: 1 small(de-seeded and diced)
Coriander seed: 1/2 tsp(crushed)
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
Turmeric pwd: 1/4 tsp
Chilli pwd: 1/3 tsp
Coriander pwd: 1/2 tsp
Bay leaf: 2
Cloves: 2
Salt to taste
Oil: 2 tbsp

Method:
- Heat 1-2 tsp oil in pan and saute paneer for a min.
- Heat 1-2 tsp oil in kadai, add bay leaf, cloves, coriander seed and saute for few sec;
- Add ginger garlic paste and cook for half min then add onion and saute till onion turns light brown in color.
- Add chopped tomatoes , turmeric pwd, coriender pwd, chilli pwd and salt and cook till tomatoes is soft.
- Add the capsicum and cook for 1-2 mins, then add paneer and mix well .
- Add little water and cook for another 3-4 mins.
Note:
Transfer paneer to warm water after saute, this will keep paneer soft.
