Methi Paratha is prepared using methi leaves where methi leaves are chopped and mixed with wheat flour.
RECIPE:
Cooking Time: 20-25 mins
Preparation Time: 10-15 mins
Serve: 3-4
Ingredients:
Wheat flour: 2 cups
Methi leaves: 1and half cup(washed and finely chopped)
Oil/ghee: 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil/ghee for making paratha

Method:
- Mix wheat flour, methi leaves, salt and 2 tbsp oil/ghee together to make a soft dough.
- Now make equal sized balls out of it and roll the balls into round shaped chapati with a rolling pin.
- Heat a tawa/griddle and and put the paratha on it and cook for a minute.When bubbles start appearing, flip it over to the other side.
- Apply oil/ghee on both sides and cook well.
- Serve hot with any gravy or raita
