Mushroom Masala is simple yet mouthwatering. It is a dry side dish and goes well with roti , paratha. Whoever likes mushroom, will surely love this recipe.

Ingredients:
Button mushroom: 200 grm
Onion: 1 large(finely chopped)
Tomato: 1 large(finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
Turmeric pwd: 1/4 tsp
Chilli pwd: 1/3 tsp
Cumin pwd: 1/2 tsp
Coriander pwd: 1/2 tsp
Garam masala pwd: 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves: 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Salt to taste

Method:
- Wash the mushroom and cut into medium size pieces.
- Heat 2-3 tsp oil in kadai/pan and saute the mushroom for 4-6 mins on medium heat.
- Again heat 2-3 tsp oil in pan and add the finely chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and cook till onion is golden brown in color.
- Add the tomatoes, turmeric pwd, chilli pwd, cumin pwd, coriander pwd salt and mix well and cook till tomatoes are soft.
- Now add mushroom mix well and cook for a while then add little water and again cook for another 3-5 mins
- Now garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
