Peas Paratha is a stuffed paratha where green peas are used as stuffing.It can be served with any gravy. I usually prepare it on weekends along with paneer gravy.

Cooking Time: 20-25 mins
Preparation Time: 10-15 mins

Ingredients:
For Dough:
Wheat flour: 2 cup
Salt: 1/4 tsp
Oil: 1 tsp
For Stuffing:
Peas: 1 and 1/2 cup
Green chilli: 1-2
Coriander leaves: 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Cumin seed: 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil/ghee

Method:
- Mix wheat flour, salt and oil, then add water to make soft and smooth dough.
- Heat 1/2 tsp and add cumin seed, add peas once cumin seed start spluttering and cook for 1-2 mins.
- Grind green chilli and peas coarsely. Add salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Make equal size of ball from dough and peas stuffing.
- Roll the dough ball in thick circular shape and place stuffing at center.
- Cover the stuffing and roll it out with little dusting of flour.
- Cook on both the side until golden spot appears then apply little of oil/ghee.
