Sanudana Kheer is a dessert, where sabudana is cooked with milk and sugar. It has rich creamy texture and flavored with cardamom and nuts. It is specially prepared for fast or puja. It is healthy and good for kids. I mostly prepare it for my boy.
RECIPE:
Cooking Time: 20-25 mins
Preparation Time: 5-10 mins
Serve: 4-5
Ingredients:
Milk: 5 cup
Sabudana: 1/4 cup
Cardamom pwd: 1/4 tsp
Sugar: 1/2 cup(or as per test)
Almond: 5-6
Method:

Method:
- Wash sabudana and soak in water for 10-15 mins.
- Take the milk in heavy bottom vessel and bring it to boil, then add sabudana and cardamom pwd.
- Simmer the flame and cook until sabudana is soft.
- Add sugar and almond , and mix well. Cook for another 4-5 mins and then turn of the heat.
- Serve hot.
Note:
Stir occasionally to ensure the sabudana does not stick or burn in the bottom of pan.
