Palak Pakoda is nutritious, crunchy and crisp tea time snack. It is delicious and easy to make. It is made my mixing chopped palak and gram flour.
RECIPE:
Cooking Time: 20-25 mins
Preparation Time: 10-15 mins
Serve: 2-3
Ingredients:
Palak/spinach: 1bunch(finely chopped)
Gram flour/besan: 1cup
Rice flour: 2 tbsp
Green chilli: 2 nos(chopped)
Cummin seed: 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Water as required

Method:
- Mix the palak, basen, rice flour, green chilli, cummin seed, salt and make a stiff batter.
- Heat oil in pan and drop little mixture of batter to form fritters.
- Fry on medium heat till pakoda is golden brown.
