Method:
- Combine the wheat flour, salt and 1 tbsp ghee in a bowl and mix well.
- Add little water at a time to make a smooth and soft dough. Keep aside for 15-20 mins(optional).
- Now make a lemon size balls (around 4 balls).
- Roll out to a thin roti/circle, then apply few drops of ghee on half portion of roti and spread evenly. Then fold to a semicircle, again apply ghee and spread evenly. Then fold it again to form a triangle.
- Roll it to desired thickness (should not be very thick or thin). Heat tawa/griddle and place the paratha carefully. Once bubbles starts appearing turn to other side and apply ghee. Cook on both sides till brown spots appear.
- Serve hot with any curry of your choice.
