Few weeks back it was raining heavily so we couldn't go anywhere. Since I was getting bored so thought to try something new, something tasty, something ...... When I made bread cup pizza for first time, then only one question came in mind " Can I make pizza cup using pizza dough?????" Today I got the answer .... YES YES YES..... I was really very happy to see the result :)
RECIPE

Ingredients:
- All purpose flour/Maida: 3/4 cups
- Active dry yeast: 1/2 tbsp
- Milk: 1/8 cup
- Water: 1/8 cup
- Sugar: 1/4 tblsp
- Salt: 1/3 tsp
- Oil: 1 tbsp
- Pizza Sauce: 1 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup: 1/2 tbsp
- Onion: 1/3 (Chopped)
- Capsicum:1/3 (Chopped)
- Paneer cubes: 6-8 nos (Chopped)
- Grated cheese as required to cover the topping
Method:
- Boil the water and keep aside.
- Add milk, oil, sugar, salt to boiled water in wide vessel and mix well till sugar dissolves.
- Add yeast to the milk oil solution.
- Mix well and keep aside for 5-7 mins stirring occasionally
- Add the flour and make a dough.
- Cover the dough and keep for an hour or two in warm place.
- Now roll the dough into small to medium size circle.
- Place these rolled dough into muffin pan.
- Spread the pizza sauce and arrange the toppings.
- Spread the grated cheese till it covers topping.
- Add tomato ketchup on top.
- Preheat the oven for 210 degree Celsius and bake for 15- 20 mins or till the side turns golden brown.
Note:
- Dough should not be sticky, if so add little more flour.
- Make sure that rolled circle is not very thick, it should be of medium thickness.
