This is the first time I have made momos. Since long I was thinking to prepare it at home. Avi liked it and told that the taste is almost similar to what we get outside. When I had one I couldn't resist to have another as it was so delicious.
RECIPE:

For Outer Layer:
- All purpose flour/ maida: 1 cup
- salt: 1/2 tsp
- Oil: 2 tsp
- Cabbage: 1 cup (finely chopped)
- Carrot: 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
- Beans: 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
- Garlic: 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Spring onion: 5-6 sprigs (finely chopped)
- Pepper pwd: 1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce: 1 tsp
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- Oil:1 tbsp
Method:
- Combine flour, salt and oil in a bowl and mix well. Add little water at a time to make a smooth and soft dough. Keep aside covered.
- Heat oil in pan/wok and add garlic and white part of the spring onion.Saute for a min on high heat. Add the chopped carrot, beans and cabbage, mix well. Cook on high heat for 3-4 min.
- Add salt, pepper pwd, soy sauce and mix well. While removing from heat add green part of the spring onion and mix well. Switch off and keep aside.
- Divide the roll into equal size ball. Roll out the dough into a thin circle.
- Place spoon full of stuffing in the center.
- Fold it to make momo shapes.
- Steam momos in a steamer for 5-8 minutes.

- I have used Rice cooker steamer for this preparation
