By this time you guys must have come to know that how much I love paneer, so there is another recipe with paneer. Few days back when I was preparing peas paratha for my boy I thought of mixing some paneer to it to give a new taste to the same old peas paratha, and wow it taste too good. Even my kid liked it. So if you guys are bored from usual paratha then you must try this one.
RECIPE:
Cooking Time: 15-20 mins
Preparation Time: 10-15 mins
Ingredients:
For Paratha:
- Wheat flour: 1 & 1/2 Cup
- Ghee/oil: 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Stuffing:
- Paneer: 1 cup (grated or crumbled)
- Peas: 1/2 cup
- Green chilli: 1-2
- Onion: 1 small ( finely chopped)
- Cumin seed: 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala: 1/2 tsp( optional)
- Cumin pwd: 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves: few string( finely chopped)
- Salt to taste
