Recipe:
Cooking Time: 15-20 mins
Preparation Time: 10-15 mins
Ingredients:
Mushroom: 1 pack( medium size mushroom)
Oil for frying
Bread: 2-3 slice
For Stuffing
Paneer: 1/3 cup (Crumbled)
Cheese: 1/4 cup ( Grated)
Chilli flakes: 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves: 1 tbap
Onion: 1 tbsp (Finely chopped)
White pepper pwd: 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
For Batter:
Maida/all purpose flour: 1/3 cup
Corn flour: 1/2 cup
Salt to taste

Method:
- Clean and remove the steam of mushroom. Keep aside.
- In a bowl combine the paneer, cheese, onion, chilli flakes, white pepper pwd, salt and coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Put the bread slices in grinder until coarse texture to make bread crumb.
- Prepare thick batter of corn flour, maida and salt with enough water.
- Stuff the paneer mixture in each mushrooms as shown in pic.
- Dip each stuffed mushrooms in batter and make sure that they are coated evenly.
- Roll them over bread crumbs.
- Heat sufficient oil in kadai/pan and deep fry these mushroom.
- Serve immediately with any sauces of your choice.
- Can use store bought bread crumb.
- The batter should be of thick consistency but not very thick.
