I have prepared dahi kabab many times before but this time I gave it twist and prepared stuffed dahi kabab where paneer is used as stuffing. This stuffing enhances the taste of my old kabab.
RECIPE:
Cooking Time: 15-20 mins Preparation Time: 15-20 mins
Ingredients:
Hung curd: 1 cup
Corn flour: 2-3 tbsp
Pepper pwd: 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp( finely chopped)
Salt to taste
For Stuffing:
Paneer : 1/3 cup
Chilli pwd: 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala: 1/4 tsp
coriander leaves: 1 tbsp ( finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Method:
In large bowl combine hung curd, corn flour, pepper pwd, coriander leaves and salt.
Mix well and prepare a dough. keep aside.
In another bowl take all the stuffing material and mix well.
Divide curd dough into equal size ball.
Take a dough ball make a dent in center and place the paneer mixture.
Cover it by pressing the edges at center.
Heat sufficient oil in pan/kadai and deep fry these kabab till golden brown on medium heat.
