This recipe was pending from long time. This weekend while shopping in supermarket I picked pasta packet and next day only I prepared it. Since I forget to pick pasta sauce so I prepared it from fresh tomato.

Ingredients:
- Fusilli Pasta: 1 cup
- Tomato: 2 (big size)
- Red Bell Pepper/Capsicum: Half ( de seeded and diced)
- Yellow Bell Pepper: Half ( de seeded and diced)
- Broccoli: 6-7 florets (medium size)
- Garlic: 1 tbsp( finely chopped)
- Onion: 1/3 cup( chopped)
- Tomato ketchup: 1tbsp
- Italian seasoning: 1/2 tbsp
- Chilli flakes: 1tsp
- salt to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Method:
- Boil fusilli pasta with salt until slightly soft yet crunchy enough to bite.Drain and Keep aside.
- Blanch tomato, peel skin and make puree in blender. Keep aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and saute until slightly brown in colour then add chopped onion and cook till slightly brown.
- Add broccoli cook for 2-3 mins then add red and yellow bell pepper, cook for min.
- Add tomato puree and saute until raw smell leaves.
- Add tomato puree, tomato ketchup, salt , chilli flakes and italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Add the cooked pasta and mix well so the pasta is coated well with the sauce.
- Cook for min or 2, switch off .
