Wanted to give mushroom a new taste so added mushroom in shahi gravy and gave a mushroom new taste by preparing shahi mushroom. Shahi gravy and mushroom is complementing each other and taste awesome.
RECIPE:

Ingredients:
- Button Mushroom: 15-20 pcs ( Quartered)
- Kaju: 15-20 pcs
- Onion: 2 large size(Finely Chopped)
- Tomato: 2 medium size( Pureed)
- Jeera/cumin seed: 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
- Turmeric pwd: 1/2 tsp
- Chilli pwd: 1/2 tsp
- Cumin pwdr: 1/2 tsp
- Kitchen king masala: 1/2 tsp
- Coriander pwd: 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala pwd: 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil
- Heat 1-2 tsp oil in pan and saute the mushroom for a 3-4 mins. keep aside.
- Soak the kaju in warm water for 15-20 min and then make a fine past.
- Heat 1-2 tsp oil in pan and add jeera, once it start splutter, add chopped onion and saute then add ginger garlic paste and cook till golden brown in color.
- Add pureed tomato paste and all dry masala pwds. Cook for 5-6 mins or till oil start separating.
- Add kaju paste mix well and cook for another 3-4 min then add mushroom and mix well.
- Add water as desired thickness and cook for few mins.
- Serve with paratha/rice/pulao.
Note:
- Can add cream in gravy to give more creamy texture.
