RECIPE:

Ingredients:
Vanilla cake sponge: 1
Chocolate Mousse: as required
Sugar syrup: 3-4 tbsp
Method:Cooking Time: 10-15 mins

Chocolate Mousse: as required
Sugar syrup: 3-4 tbsp
- Cut the sponge in rectangle shape.
- Place the cake on a flat tray.
- Sprinkle sugar syrup on cake sponge.
- Spoon in the cooled Chocolate Mousse on top of the cake.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hrs at least.
- Cut in desired shape and serve.
Note:
- Can use chocolate cake sponge for this recipe.
- Can add one more layer of white chocolate mousse.
