Ingredients:
- Puffed rice/ muri: 1 &1/2 cup
- Chanachur: 1/4 cup
- Black chana: 1/4 cup ( soaked overnight)
- Potato: 1 small( boiled,peeled and chopped)
- Onion: 1 medium (finely chopped)
- Tomato: 1 small ( finely chipped)
- Green chilies: 1-2 (finely chopped)
- Coriander leaves: few spring( finely chopped)
- Lemon juice: 1&1/2 tsp
- Mustard oil: 1 tsp
- Red chili pwd: 1/2 tsp
- Rostated cumin pwd: 1 tsp
- Chaat masala: 1/4 tsp
- Black salt: 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Take the puffed rice/muri in in big bowl.
- Combine the black chana, potato, onion, tomato, green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Add lemon juice, mustard oil, red chilli pwd, roasted cumin pwd, chaat masala and black salt, mix well.
- Add chanachur and give a quick mix.
- Serve and enjoy!!
Note:
- Can add any other mixture of your choice.
- Can add pickled mustard oil, it enhances the taste.
- Can also add chopped cucumber.
