Ingredients:
- Yogurt 2 cups
- Tomato: 1 small( finely chopped)
- Onion: 1 small( finely chopped)
- Cucumber:1 small( finely chopped)
- Green chillies: 2 ( finely chopped)
- Coriander leaves: 3-4 springs ( finely chopped)
- Roasted cumin pwd: 1 tsp
- Red chilli pwd: 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash, peel and cut onion, cucumber and tomato finely.
- Beat the yogurt.
- Add the roasted cumin pwd, red chilli pwd and salt. Mix well.
- Add the veggies and mix well.
- Serve chilled.
Note:
- You can also add any other veggie of your favorite .
- Use thick yogurt. It should not be sour.
