Ingredients:
- Paneer: 200 grms
- Cheese: 1/4 cup( Grated)
- Hung curd: 1/3 cup
- Roasted chana dal: 3 tbsp
- Garlic paste: 2 tsp
- Green chilli: 2( finely chopped)
- Coriander leaves: few springs(finely chopped)
- Lemon juice: 2 tsp
- Pepper pwd: 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil to cook
Method:
- Cut the paneer as per desired shape( here I have cut in rectangle shape)
- Take the hung curd in a bowl.
- Add the cheese, garlic paste, green chili, coriander leaves and roasted chana dal pwd, mix well.
- Add the pepper pwd, salt and lemon juice, mix well
