Tortilla is nothing but a kind of roti which can be prepared with all purpose flour, corn flour or can be prepared with combination of wheat flour and all purpose flour. Here I've shared all purpose flour tortilla recipe.
RECIPE:

Ingredients:
- Maida/All purpose flour: 1 cup
- Oil: 1 & 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a large bowl, combine flour,oil and salt.Mix well and add water to make soft and smooth dough . Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide dough into portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a 6 " circle.
- In a nonstick skillet cook tortillas over medium heat for 1 minute on each side or until lightly browned. Keep warm.
Note:
- You can try with wheat flour as well only or combination of wheat flour and all purpose flour.
- The dough has to be smooth, not too sticky or too tight.
- You can make these tortillas in bulk, you can even properly layer this and freeze it.
